Join us to celebrate heritage Posted on 24 Jul 12:51
50 rockstar chefs and butchers. Fire-roasted meats. Beautiful scenery. Tasty wines and brews. And Emmer & Co. heritage birds. We can't wait for Cochon 555's Heritage Fire, an awesome outdoor shindig in Napa that celebrates eating heritage.
This whole animal, live-fire event will return to Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena on August 2nd, 2015. Going on seven years, Heritage Fire promotes food artisans, honors great farmers and brands, and creates culinary awareness around the importance of heritage.
Chef Joshua Whigham (famed for his tapas at The Bazaar in Los Angeles), and Chef Jason Kupper (of the new Heritage Eats restaurant in Napa) will be using our birds to make an epic, fire-kissed chicken dinner.
We're thrilled to be part of Heritage Fire and hope you join us to taste the very best meats, rub elbows with notable chefs, and support the dedicated people responsibly producing heritage species.
A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit St. Helena Farmers Market and the American Institute of Wine & Food.
See you in Napa.
